Our requirements for an outside chair are ease of storage under the coach, ease of carrying the chair for a couple of blocks, and comfort to sit (and eat) in for hours at a time.

The chair folds into a square/rectangle and is the most convenient we’ve found to store when not in use. The chair also has a balanced handle that makes it easy to carry. I had not had a side table before and I have really enjoyed it for drinks and food. So far we have been able to sit in these chairs for a couple of hours without becoming sore.

Initially, it took us a while to figure out how to get the chair to fold up, but with some practice, we are now able to do so relatively quickly.

These chairs are expensive but I believe the benefits outweigh the cost. I also believe that we’ll have these chairs for many many years.
