I have bad knees and needed to have a very light chair to take on long hikes and to always have in the car. I have tried other light 3 legged stools and none of them had a back. I found that I was sore if I sat in this chair without a back.

When at Yellowstone waiting for a geyser, I found “official” geyser watchers were using this chair. After I talked to them about this light chair with a back, I knew I needed to find it to purchase.

I was unhappy about the cost but we’ve now owned this chair for 2 years and it was the best investment for comfort, easy to carry, and how little space it takes in the car.

We have found that we use these chairs at least once a month and folks are always asking about them.
