Seavenger Atlantis 3mm Neoprene Dive Booties

Kayaking with boots and drysuit in Alaska 360 view
  • Overall 95% 95%
  • Waterproof 85% 85%
  • Comfort 100% 100%

Since we were going to Alaska and I knew I couldn’t wear my sandals like I had been using in the lower 48, I needed to find some shoes (or boots) that would keep my feet as dry and warm as possible. These 3mm neoprene boots do let some water to get through, but with my drysuit that had built-in socks, I had a completely waterproof solution for my feet. I also tried these without the drysuit and found that the amount of water leakage into the boot was minimal and still kept my feet relatively drive and warm.

I think one of the features I liked the best is that the sole of these boots is easy to walk in both on land and in the water.

I don’t think kayaking in Alaska would have been as comfortable without them. I believe that they will, also, come in handy while kayaking in the lower 48 but I haven’t tried that yet.
